Bu çalışmada Astragalus gummifer türünün MeOH ekstersinden 6 tane sikloartan tip glikozit izole edilerek, izole edilen bileşiklerin yapısı spektral teknikler kullanılarak Cycloastragenol, Monoside, Cyclocanthoside E, Oleifolioside B, ??and Oleifolioside A olarak belirlenmiştir In this thesis, 6 cycloartane type glycosides were isolated from the MeOH extract of the Astragalus gummifer species and structures of the isolated compounds determined as Cycloastragenol, Monoside, Cyclocanthoside E, Oleifolioside B, ??and Oleifolioside A by using spectroscopic techniques. 103 |
