Popis: | PTH; We propose a schematic model with which the discretization of the continuum can be easily tested. The model is based on pairing equations for nuclei formed of a core plus two neutrons and is applied to $^6$He, for which the continuum is very important since $^5$He is unbound. The results show that the discretization of the continuum underestimates the pairing energy by only a few percents. |
