Popis: Ovim radom prikazana je mogućnost izrade proteze nadomjeska uha primjenom aditivne proizvodnje. Model nadomjeska uha dobiven je 3D skeniranjem suprotne uške, preslikavanja na suprotnu stranu i modeliranja unutar Geomagic Design programa. Prvotno su tehnologijom očvršćivanja taloženjem (FDM) izrađena dva prototipa od polimliječne kiseline (PLA). Prema drugom prototipu modeliran je kalup te izrađen istom tehnologijom i materijalom. Za potrebe diplomskog rada u kalup je izliven silikon za kalupe i dobiven primjer moguće izrade proteze uha ovim postupkom. This paper presents the possibility of making an ear replacement prosthesis using additive manufacturing. The ear prosthesis model was obtained by 3D scanning of the opposite ear, mapping to the opposite side and modeling within the Geomagic Design program. Initially, two prototypes were made from polylactic acid (PLA) using fused deposition modeling (FDM). According to the second prototype, the mold was modeled and made with the same technology and material. For the purposes of the graduation thesis, silicone for molds was poured into the mold and an example of the possible production of an ear prosthesis using this process was obtained.
