Popis: | The number of different data may increase accompanying the increase of survey and reach a saturation point in due time. This would be figured as a saturation curve. In practical survey, however, it is difficult to obtain the whole data or the saturated value of the data. A theoretical method was known to obtain the saturation point from the accumulating data in the microcosmic field of enzymatic reaction. This paper is its application to the social or ecological phenomena. In obtaining the saturation point, it must be necessary to select the range of the saturation curve, i. e., initial, middle or final range, since the saturation point would be different according to the selection of the range. When adapted to the final range of the accumulated food items in the greater number of meals, a reasonable saturation value was obtained. The saturation value was smaller, when it was estimated from the number of food items on the less number of meals. In other words, this indicates that the more the survey, the better it reflects the phenomena. 論文 |
