Popis: Pri projektiranju elektromotornog pogona za preradu vozila na električni pogon treba odrediti potrebnu snagu elektromotora i energiju baterijskog paketa. Klasičnom metodom, zahtjevi na pogon se mogu odrediti mjerenjem brzine i momenta na pogonskom kotaču vozila pomoću mjerača momenta te se za projektiranje pogona koristi dobiveni vučno kočni profil. U radu je opisana metoda za estimiranje snage i potrebne energije vozila isključivo pomoću GPS uređaja. Prilikom odabira GPS uređaja potrebno je voditi računa o razlučivosti uređaja te točnosti mjerenja brzine i visine vozila. Pomoću izmjerene trase (profil brzine i visine) i modela otpora vozila moguće je izračunati snagu koju vozilo razvija kao i energiju utrošenu za određenu trasu. Prikazan je proračun za prerađeni električni bicikl KTM Knoxville. When designing an electric motor drive for adaptation a vehicle on electric drive it is obligatory to determine the required power of the electric motor and the energy of a battery pack. By using a classical method, drive requirements can be established by measuring speed and torque on the drive wheel of the vehicle by using a torque meter. Then the measured drive profile is used for the design of the drive. This paper describes the method for estimation of power and required energy of the vehicle only by means of GPS navigation. When selecting a GPS device, it is necessary to take the resolution of the device and the accuracy of the speed and the height into account. Using the data from the measured route (speed and height profile) and the drag model of the vehicle, it is possible to calculate both the power that the vehicle develops and the energy consumed for a certain route. The analysis of processed KTM Knoxville electric bicycle is presented.
