| Popis: | This thesis deals with structural and descriptive analysis of phraseological units in media discourse. More precisely, fifty phraseological units were gathered from popular TV sitcom The Big Bang theory and subjected to the mentioned analyses. For the purpose of performing the structural analysis focus was on studying the lexical composition and syntactically dominant phraseological component within each phraseological unit. Such approach resulted with division of gathered phraseological units into phraseological units of phonetic words, phraseological units of set of words and phraseological units of sentences. On the other hand, descriptive analysis involved classification of phraseological units into conventional types of phraseological units, special types of phraseological units and phraseological units with special elements. In the end, it was possible to conclude that within the corpus of research phraseological units of set of words and conventional phraseological units were the most common ones. Ovaj rad se bavi strukturalnom i deskriptivnom analizom fraezoloških jedinica na primjeru medijskog diskursa. Preciznije, pedesetak frazeoloških jedinica je sakupljeno iz popularne humoristične serije The Big Bang Theory te podvrgnuto strukturalnoj i deskriptivnoj analizi. Za potrebe izvođenja strukturalne analize fokus je bio na proučavanju leksičkog sastava te sintaktički dominantne sastavnice unutar svake frazeološke jedinice. Takav pristup rezultirao je podjelom frazeoloških jedinica u tri kategorije: frazemi fonetske riječi, frazemi sveze riječi te frazemi sa rečeničnom strukturom. Suprotno tome, deskriptivna analiza uključivala je klasifikaciju frazeoloških jedinica na konvencionalne frazeološke jedinice, specijalne frazeološke jedinice te frazeološke jedinice sa specijalnim elementima. Navedene analize omogućile su zaključak da su unutar korpusa istraživanja u najvećem broju prisutna dva tipa frazeoloških jedinica: frazemi sveze riječi te konvencionalne frazeološke jedinice. |
