Popis: This presentation introduces prototype work by PLAI (Play, Learn, Act, Impact) on two games for a sociocultural purpose that have been created for the 'Kreig. Macht. Sinn.' exhibition at the Ruhr Museum. The exhibition is part of the Horizon 2020 funded UNREST project. Daniela De Angeli and Lee Scott discuss the concept of agonism and the use of games to advance the agonistic views, which seeks to forward multiple perspectives on the war experience from bystanders, victims and (importantly) persecutors. Original tenets for agonistic games are described, as well as two games: Endless Blitz and Umschlag '43.\ud \ud PLAI brings together researchers and makers from University of Bath and Bath Spa University to create games that stimulate learning and sociocultural reflection. Core to it's mission is to provide higher education students professional experience delivering game projects in partnership with arts and heritage organisations.
