Popis: | Foundry software developer Monkeycast has developed a new software that translates diecasting experience into a mathematical model and automatically evaluate die design to propose experienced and engineered solutions to the die designer. It has specific uses, such as being employed to optimize a mould by calibrating its gating section and the plunger diameter, to calculate the correct injection parameters and to verify if the mould-machine coupling turns out to be critical. It can also be used to simulate various configurations for the mould, before a design has even commenced. Being able to express calculations in common terms since the software derives its rules from foundry and moulding experience, the algorithm reduces mould erosion and die soldering phenomena significantly. |
