Popis: The new wing at the Boro Court Hospital, Peppard, Oxfordshire, has room for 60 beds, and is divided into four zones: male, female, treatment centre, and reception hall. Each of the first two has 30 beds, in two wards of 6 beds, three wards of 4 beds, as well as six individual bedrooms. All rooms were designed with an ample view of the exterior space, and advantage was taken of the difference in depth of the 4 and 6 bed wards to provide pleasant terraces. The distribution and organisation of this wing is more influenced by precise search for a favourable environment and economy than by formal criteria. The external aspect is elegant and dynamic, and advantage has been taken of the light and shadow effects provided by the large overhanging volumes. Con capacidad para 60 camas, se pueden apreciar en este Pabellón del Hospital Borocourt, de Peppard, Oxfordshire, cuatro zonas o secciones: la masculina, la femenina, la del Centro de tratamiento, y la del salón de recepción.
