The proliferation of mobile computing / telecommunication devices and local-personal area wireless networks has fostered a growing interest in location-aware systems and services. In this paper we present new wireless technology suitable for development of indoor local positioning systems and location-based services Bluetooth. Also this paper discus different implementation methods and presents experimental results that demonstrate the possibilities of local positioning system built using Bluetooth wireless technology. |
