The focus of the work of THE CIVICS Innovation Hub is on citizenship practices rather than on abstract and global notions of citizenship.It takes a transnational, bottom-up approach to civic education in European countries, focused on democratic and transformational skills and competences enriched by transdisciplinary and cross-professional exchange. Through its approach and projects THE CIVICS contributes to the originality of the project CITIDEN which explores a plural and inclusive concept of European citizenship. |
