This paper will test the important parameters of the loyalty of employees in the public and private sectors. The research was conducted in the Republic of Croatia, as part of the research essential parameters loyalty of employees who contribute to building and retaining loyalty behavior.Loyalty and employee satisfaction are key parameters that influence the success of the company. Also loyal and satisfied employee is important in building good relationships with customers, suppliers and all interested stakeholders of the organization or company. From the aspect of loyalty appears a number of key parameters describing the loyalty and more or less affected by it, and therefore on the business management.
