Popis: The experiment was conducted with 80 Hybro and 40 Hybro roosters to determine the influence of low levels of Zearalenone in diet on the some reproduction parameters of broiler breeders. The corn was infected by Fusarium graminearum (335 mg Zearalenone per kg corn) and used to prepare the experimental diets containing 0, 4, 8 and 21 mg Zearalenone per kg feed. Performance variables were evaluated in 3 phases during 30-44 weeks of age (phase 1: 30-34 wk; phase 2: 34-38 wk and phase 3: 38-44 wk) and included body weight, egg production, feed consumption, egg weight, and egg hatshability. At the end of experiment, ten hens and five roosters were killed for oviduct length, oviduct weight, ovaries weight, testes weight, determination and histopathological examination of oviduct, ovaries and testes. Increasing dietary Zearalenone did not influence body weight, feed consumption or egg weight. Egg production was significantly decreased in all phases (p
