67-year old patient with patohistologically proved prostate adenocarcinoma was a candidate for radical prostatectomy. In case of localised prostate carcinoma and if life-expectancy of a patient is about then years, we perform radical retropubic prostatectomy. In this patient we found the dissemination of the prostate cancer into a obturatory lymph nodes and we did not perform open surgery operation. The second operation to be shown is marsupialisation of 8cm large renal cyst on the left side by retroperitoneoscopic approach. |
