Global or even corporate projects require the involvement of virtual teams. The virtual team effectiveness plays an important role in project performance. Establishing strong communication, cooperation and argue among the project manager, stakeholders, team members are the critical factors for the success of the project. Different communication technologies can be used to support different purposes and participants in virtual team. This article presents an importance and impact of some of the factors which contribute to project performance on an example from pharmaceutical industry. |
