The aim of this research was to evaluate the inflfluence of species, sex and slaughter weight (≤24 kg ; >24 kg) on the slaughter characteristics, carcass measurements, meat pH and meat colour of Dalmatian Pramenka lambs and Croatian Spotted Goat kids. 92 lambs and 90 kids of both sexes were used in this study.
