Abstrakt: The paper discusses a mechanism of excitation andcontrol of two-frequency oscillations in theintegrable Hamiltonian systems. It is close to theautoresonant technique for controlling the amplitudeof nonlinear modes.Autoresonance is usually associated with singlefrequency mode excitations due to the synchronizationand phase lock of various nonlinear modes with thedriving force. Despite this we propose a model ofmultifrequency autoresonance which occur in completelyintegrable systems. This phenomenon is due to a numberstable invariant tori governed by integrals of motionof the integrable system. The basic autoresonant effect of phase lockingappears here as Whitham deformations of the invarianttori. This provides also a possibility to transfer a certaininitial $n$-periodic motion to a given$m$-periodic motion as a final state.
