| Abstrakt: | A complication of patent vitello-intestinal ducts is intussusception producing a double-horned prolapse of small bowel through the duct. We report a previously undescribed variant where prolapse occured prenatally and resulted in complete atresia of the distal horn as far as the transverse colon. |
