Abstract A robust F-criterion for checking the uniformity with respect to the variances of two non-Gaussian samples is obtained and investigated. Theoretical algorithms are developed and considered. The effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed criterion for known distribution kurtoses are illustrated using specific examples. |
