Abstrakt: Pediatric gram-negative bacteremia is associated with considerable morbidity and mortality. Enterobacterales resistance is increasing in Australian pediatric bloodstream infection. Carbapenem resistance remains low. Multi-drug resistant (MDR) infections occur more frequently in older children. MDR infection is associated with worse clinical outcomes.
