Abstrakt: Multiple sclerosis (MS) is one of the most common disabling diseases of the central nervous system (CNS) especially during early adult life. In 70% of cases, this inflammatory, demyelinating, and neurodegenerative disease becomes clinically apparent between the ages of 20 and 40 years. It affects more than 2.3 million persons worldwide and is currently an incurable disease.
