1The genetic architecture of crude fat content in maize kernels were studied by GWAS using six models.2A total of 744 significant QTNs, and 64 novel QTNs were found for the crude fat content in maize kernels.3Four known genes were identified and eight promising candidate genes were successfully screened. |
