Abstrakt: We present a case of a 45-year-old female who presents to the emergency department with upper extremity pain, pallor, and numbness. Her examination reveals absent radial and ulnar pulses. Her diagnostic workup shows arterial thoracic outlet syndrome, a rare cause of upper limb ischemia. Expedited management planning and early involvement of a multidisciplinary team are crucial to prevent further ischemic complications.
