The long-term success of spinal arthrodesis depends on its ability to restore lordosis. TLIF is a modification of the posterior approach that is recognized globally. Although this technique is new in Nepal, it has been gaining popularity. Therefore, this study aims to determine whether single-level TLIF with bullet age could adequately restore segmental and regional lordosis in the Nepalese population. |
