Abstrakt: Vaccine-induced Immune Thrombotic Thrombocytopenia(VITT) is a clinical syndrome of systemic thrombosis and thrombocytopenia occurring between 4-42 days after COVID-19 vaccination. VIIT is very rare, with the highest incidence with adenoviral vaccines (AstraZeneca, J&J/Janssen vaccine - 20.3 and 4 per million individuals, respectively). Only 4 cases of VIIT after mRNA vaccines (Moderna, Pfizer-BioNTech) have been identified in literature.
