Conventional full-mouth implant dentistry relies on precise vinyl polysiloxane impressions, posing challenges like coping seating and material management. Intraoral scanning advancements provide a digital option, yet scanning multiple adjacent scanbodies remains problematic, especially in cases with multiple splinted implants. Photogrammetry offers accurate implant positioning without intraoral scanner limitations. A fully digital approach eliminates analog-based models, enables immediate temporary procedures, and enhances efficiency and patient satisfaction. |
