Massive oral neurofibroma treated under local anesthesia: case report

Abstrakt: Neurofibroma is the common benign neoplasm of peripheral nerves which present as solitary or as part of a syndrome. Skin is most affected and oral cavity being rarely involved. Central involvement in jaws is unusual because bones do not contain medullary nerves or nerve sheath. A case of massive solitary neurofibroma is hereby presented.
