A quantitative research method was employed for data analysis. The results confirmed that both organisational agility and stakeholder management have direct and significant effects on the success of projects. The study identified the essential role of strategic management literacy in mediating the relationship of organisational agility, stakeholder management, and project success, and it provided insight for managers in organisations regarding how to foster the likelihood of the success of projects. |
