Abstrakt:	•Flu/4 Gy TBI 2-step approach HSCT is a tolerable regimen for older and frail patients.•Patients experienced early engraftment, full donor chimerism, and low disease relapse.•G3-4 aGVHD and cGVHD were significantly lower than the conventional PTCY regimens.•Future directions: selection of favorable T cell subtypes and CD34 gene manipulation.
