Abstrakt: This work examines and explores the detection approaches of PSK-HO-D, PSK-HE-D, and ASK-HE-D in a UWOC system. The simulation produced a novel methodology for identifying the optical signal via direct and coherent detection. The elevated turbidity of the Jerlov water is utilized for channel attenuation. The wavelengths 450, 550, 650, and 700 nm serve as carrier waves for transmitting the information signal, which is measured in terms of bit rate (Bt) and transmitter power (Pt). The PSK-HO-D detection technique demonstrated superior performance compared to the PSK-HE-D and ASK-HE-D detection techniques in terms of both bit rate and transmitter power (Pt) at the selected wavelengths. The wavelengths 450 and 550 have been identified as optimal for the water channels JI and JA.
