IP audit and blockchain technology - legal nuances

Abstrakt: It is always expected from corporate entities to grow with more diligence in protecting the nuances of its intellectual property (IP). It becomes important especially because of the rise of IP awareness and its necessity for expedient registration of IPs. In the contemporary phase of technological development and innovation, the corporate entities are putting more reliance to increase their intangible assets. Such protected intangible assets further boost the goodwill of corporate entities and put the entities into a commanding competitive position in any given marketplace. A thorough IP audit is usually accepted as systematic review of a corporate entity where the existing business risks and opportunities can be adequately assessed. The maintenance of IP is considered to primary rationale as to why efficient IP audit is necessary. It is also important to note the fact that every corporate entity needs to give special emphasis on its IP management and IP valuation for expansion of business and sustainable profit in any given tough competitive era. It is true that there are other concerns associated IP like its costly affairs for an entity, which might increase its pecuniary risk as well.
