Abstrakt: •PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors resistance have restricted their application in lung cancer. Further study on immunosuppressive mechanisms will help to understand the ways of cancer cells escaping from immune surveillance, so as to identify novel immunotherapeutic targets. We demonstrates that peripheral KLRG1+CD8+T cell increased in NSCLC patients and displayed enhanced cytotoxic activity. However, KLRG1 on CD8+T cells promoted tumor immune evasion in NSCLC. These results suggest KLRG1 as a potential immunotherapy target.
