Abstrakt: To verify the effect of composite nano-SiO2on the durability of concrete, this article first analyses the composition of experimental materials and instruments and conducts the preparation of nano-SiO2concrete. By conducting experiments on different dosages of nano-SiO2and concrete, the effects on concrete strength, impermeability, and carbonation resistance were analysed. The experiment adopts an orthogonal design method, with the dosage of nano-SiO2, water-cement ratio, and curing time as the main variables, and selects concrete samples with similar physical properties for testing. Through experiments, it is known that adding nano-SiO2in concrete can effectively improve the durability of concrete, reaching the highest value at a dosage of 0.1% or 0.15%, improving compressive strength. Concrete with a fly ash content of 30% has the highest working performance. This study provides a strong reference basis for further optimising the concrete mix ratio and improving durability performance.
