S‐doped LaFeO3nanocomposites were successfully synthesized for the first time using a hydrothermal method coupled with a low‐temperature solid phase method. Characterization results revealed that S atoms were successfully incorporated into LaFeO3and existed predominantly in the form of S6+within the LaFeO3lattice. The sulfur doping enhanced the textural and photoelectrochemical characteristics of LaFeO3.
