Abstrakt: Summary statement: A retrospective case series of three patients who developed acute atypical endophthalmitis following intravitreal sustained-release dexamethasone (Ozurdex). Two of three patients responded well to topical steroid therapy alone without necessitating the need for intravitreal antibiotics. This study further explores the potential etiologies and management approaches when encountering such cases.
