Total agenesis of the corpus callosum is a rare congenital anomaly, often associated with other brain malformations. As the diagnosis is based on neuroradiological evidence, only a few cases of asymptomatic elderly people have been described. Therefore, little is known about the aging of the brain in this type of individual. |
