Abstrakt: The evolution of the cyber domain has created paramount advantages while producing vulnerabilities and liabilities for organizations. This article examines specific implementations and policies that the European Union, the United States, and China have taken due to the precedents set by historical data concerns. The purpose of this research is to improve comprehension and awareness of the complexity of professional hacking, cybersecurity regulations, data protection, and its influence on major business factors. This report is intended to identify and assess the challenges introduced by cybersecurity and data protection regarding the protection of internet users. This article also covers the origin and evolution of cybersecurity and data privacy as it describes the design and goals of territory specific regulations as well as examining the degree to which ChatGPT is influencing these data concerns.
