Abstrakt: Two cases of giant cystic meconium peritonitis are reported. Neither has any evidence of muscoviscidosis. Both had abdominal distension with dilated veins. The first case showed a large cyst with an air-fluid level, and with calcifications at its inferior aspect. The second showed a calcined cyst which later discharged through the umbilicus.
