| Abstrakt: |
The clinical and radiological findings in 15 patients with histiocytosis X in the paediatric age group are presented. Five patients had evidence of pulmonary involvement. In histiocytosis X in infants and children this feature is associated with the more severe forms of the disease and carries a bad prognosis. |
