| Abstrakt: | Highly active antiretroviral therapy in HIV-1 infected patients is associated with a lipodystrophy syndrome, characterized by wasting of peripheral fat, central adiposity, hyperlipidaemia and insulin resistance. The CT findings are presented and the differential diagnosis is discussed. |
