| Abstrakt: | 1. A case of papillary carcinoma of the renal pelvis is presented.2. Radiological and operative findings are illustrated.3. Current views on the treatment of this disease are discussed.4. Blood clot in the urinary passages cannot be differentiated from tumour growth or non-opaque calculi by radiological means.5. Calcification in the renal pelvis may be due to calcification in necrotic tumour tissue. |
