Abstrakt:	Enantioselective synthesis of clavukerin A and its epimer was carried out. By the comparison of the spectral data and specific rotations of synthesized and natural ones, two trisnorsesquiterpens isolated from Clavuliaand Cespitulariaspecies are confirmed to be identical.
