Construction of Quaternary Centers Bearing Both Trifluoromethyl and Phosphorus Substituents Based on Base Catalyzed 1,6-Hydrophosphonylation of d-CF3Substituted p-Quinone Methides

Abstrakt: A NaOtBu catalyzed direct 1,6-hydrophosphonylation of d-aryl-d-CF3substituted p-QMs with diarylphosphine oxides has been described. A broad range of different electronic and steric substituted p-QMs and diarylphosphine oxides were well tolerated under the optimized conditions, furnishing a series of quaternary a-trifluoromethyl substituted phosphonates derivatives in high efficiency.A NaOtBu catalyzed direct 1,6-hydrophosphonylation of d-aryl-d-CF3substituted p-QMs with diarylphosphine oxides has been described.
