| Abstrakt: | Generation of O2-from enzymatic reduction of purified aclacinomycin A with cytochrome P-450 reductase and NADPH in the presence of O2was demonstrated by spin trapping method in phosphate buffer. Addition of Fe3+ion into the above system led to the detection of both O2-and ·OH spin adducts. |
