Abstrakt: Trichodermaspecies (Hypocreaceae) is one of the world’s most common widely used plant growth-promoting fungus and, ecologically and economically important genus. A survey was conducted for species of the genus Trichodermafrom 165 soil samples in Aydin province, Türkiye in 2018 and 2019. We obtained 88 isolates of the genus Trichodermawith macroscopic and molecular features were identified from soil samples. Single conidia colonies of Trichodermaisolates were cultured different media for morphological characteristics. Tr49 isolate was recognized Trichoderma guizhouenseand this isolate isolation of soil samples from red beet (Beta vulgarissubsp. vulgarisvar. conditiva) field. The isolate was identified grounded on molecular and phylogenetic analysis with three gene (ITS; internal transcribed spacer, tef1-α; translation elongation factor 1 alpha, rpb2; RNA polymerase II subunit) primers. To our knowledge, this study provides the first report of Trichoderma guizhouensein soil in Türkiye.
