Abstrakt: •In 222 boys with severe hemophilia A and inhibitors of >5 BU, bleeding was reduced from 6.1 to 4.4 per year during ITI.•Before ITI, bleeding was independent of inhibitor titer; during ITI, bleeding increased with higher inhibitor titer and nondaily ITI.
