Abstrakt: •We examined the ability of elevated uL-FABP levels to stratify post-SCT prognosis.•High uL-FABP at baseline was a significant prognostic factor for poor OS and NRM.•The ratio of patients with elevated uL-FABP increased rapidly over time after SCT.
