Abstrakt: Cytoreductive radical prostatectomy is a safe and feasible treatment option in patients with oligometastatic prostate cancer on prostate-specific membrane antigen positron emission tomography. Despite overall favorable oncologic outcomes, some of these patients are at non-negligible progression and thus may require early multimodal therapy.
