Organisations have witnessed a formidable shift in employees' behaviours rooted in a negatively charged work environment in recent years. It initiates a need for spiritual leadership to address organisational challenges associated with employees' behaviour, which reflect in employees' work outcomes and conform to a penultimate connection of personal, environmental and behavioural factors. Data for this study were collected from four higher educational institutions (N = 320). Results show that observed data fit the hypothesised model and conforms to the criteria of model fit indices. The significance and effect size of the results indicate distinctive incremental variance in the dependent variables and prove the intervening effect of professional moral courage. This study encompasses an integrated framework of social cognitive theory and SL theory to test the hypothesised model. |
