Abstrakt: •VRADA, the VR stationary bike, provides physical and cognitive training performance.•On MCI patients were assessed the inflammatory and AD hallmarks.•A decrease in IL-1β titers and TNF-α levels measured after the VRADA intervention.•The ratio Aβ42/Αβ40had an improvement in VRADA group after intervention.•A thorough amelioration of total tau and tau-p181 was found after the intervention.
